No Checking Policy
Our courier service does not allow customers to open or check parcels before payment. Customers can inspect their parcel only after payment has been completed.
If there is any issue with your order, you can contact us anytime and we will make sure to resolve your concern as quickly as possible. Please also refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are as follows:
- Karachi: Rs. 200 per order
- Other cities in Pakistan: Rs. 250 per order
For large orders or bulky/box-packed items, delivery charges may vary.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping all over Pakistan on orders above Rs. 5,000.
Please note:
- Free shipping may not apply on sale items
- Free shipping cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers
Delivery Time
Karachi:
Delivery time is 1–3 days. Most orders are delivered next day as we dispatch orders daily.
Other Cities:
Delivery time is 5–6 working days. Delays may occur if the customer is not available to receive the parcel or due to courier company issues.
